Still growing strong but I am up north.

My fall planted garlic is still growing like crazy and won't be ready until later July. The variety is primarily Music. If the tops are flopping in grow bags then maybe they need more water and a bit of feed, as well as a shoulder to lean on

I didn't lift most of mine last year till July or August. I think the only variety I lifted earlier than that was Marco, which is an early garlic.

These are my Marco - they are very green, quite spindly and obviously exhausted. I will stake them with flower sticks later on.

Too bad you can't them into more sun, Surbie as they really do love full sun. One of the downfalls of balcony garden that you can't get the light you need at times.

Mine are just on the turn, probably a couple of weeks off yet.
