Think we need a new board and a like button.

I direct sowed my Kelveden Wonder Peas yesterday. I bought 3 packets from Wilkos with 300 peas in each packet. The packets were 3 for 2 so they cost me £1.98. I know some on here are lucky enough to be able buy them loose by the pint, I would imagine that would be a lot more economical.

I have covered my sowing's with Enviromesh which will be in place until they are up and running and the mesh is needed for the AK2 Carrots in late May.

How long does it generally take for KW peas to start showing.

Most pea will pop through in a week to ten days.

And keep them watered!

Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?

Many people underestimate how many pea you need for a row, so you're not alone!

I had 16 meteor peas that have been hardening off in the cold frame for over two weeks now. They were getting really big so I put them into their bed yesterday.

Bit worried it is too early to have them out. What do you think?

I had no choice really - they were really taking off.

its quite warm spring so you should be ok. mornings don't seem too cold for discomfort.
