left over seeds

can i use seeds that i brught this year next spring as i have lots left over i went a bit mad as it was my first year!!!! and are there any that dont do as well when they are old

Agree totally with DD use everything again next year, you can try starting off your parsnips in damp kitchen paper at home then if any sprout, out of the hundreds you have left, just plant those. If none sprout you still will have time to buy new seeds. Also remember you can easily save seeds from peas and beans.
