fussy girls!

ok iv only had my chook for a week, and they've settled in really well, took a few adjustments to coop i.e ladder to perch and enclosed boxes...but they are now all laying every day:)

im feeding them layers mash and a corn treat as well,  but.....i boiled up veggy stuff,pasta,rice etc..mashed it into a porridge type mess...put it out...they won't eat it:(

have i got it wrong or will they come on to it??

well i let them out into garden for a while every evening...

I think sometimes it takes them a while to know that something is actually food!  Our Hubbards wont eat corn i throw in the run for them! Our new layers were the same till the old girls showed them the ropes.
