I have germinated some chilli seedlings in a propagator.
3 to a pot.
What do I do with them now?
Transplant them to individual pots?
Leave them in the propagator?
Wait till the first set of true leaves appear?
How deep should they be planted, they're about 35-40mm tall  1 1\2 in old money.
What should they be planted in, compost and sharp sand?

So many questions

I just pot mine on into larger modules or small size pots, using ordinary multipurpose compost and move them to the kitchen window ledge, where it is warm but not as hot as the propagator.

Also you can bury them nearly up to the leaves like you do with tomatoes.

I’d leave them to grow a bit in their current pots until they start touching each other, but outside the propagation if you have a warm windowsill. I find some seedlings get a bit lonely if transplanted too early
