Really tall courgettes, no fruit?

My courgettes have got really tall with massive leaves, yet there's no "fruit" developed yet?

Is this normal?

Is possibly under-watering to blame?
I've been on holiday for a few days and I've read that courgettes need a fair amount of watering?

Sounds like they have a rich source of nitrogen to me, have you been feeding them ?

This is the third time of replying - deep breath- I have never known so many male flowers on my courgettes, it must be the weather
