We all know about comfrey liquid and nettle liquid but what about any other plants?

I have a large number of parsley plants to pull so I'll be trying the liquid from them.  Given that they are deep rooted and mineral-rich, I'd assume it will be good stuff.

Anyone tried it before?

Not tried anything yet. I've heard about confrey tea. Tell me more on nettle tea............

Got given a liquid tomato feed by wilkos. Any good?

I'm drowning all my obnoxious weeds in a waterbutt - creeping buttercup, bindweed roots, creeping thistle roots, stinging nettle roots - which is making a wonderfully smelly liquid feed which most likely will be used on the compost heap and/or in the greenhouse.  Got the idea from Bob Flowerdew.

My comfrey badly needs a trim, and I'm contemplating adding this to the mix as well.

As a spinner of wool, I buy fleece locally , I remove all the parts that are full of sheep "poo" , put in an onion net and then into a butt of water, you can do the same with manure.

If you know of a spinners guild near you ,enquire about  waste fleece , the dirty parts are what you need.
