Have had an amazing crop this year of pumpkins, squash and courgettes 
Never managed this before and really pleased as other crops been very hit and miss.
Only issue is that my spaghetti squash and pumkins are all green but I think that I need to pick them as leaves dying off and cold at night.
Will they ripen still if I put them in the sun in my conservatory or greenhouse?
If they don't ripen, are they still edible?

They'll ripen anywhere warm, I've got some on the window-ledges the rest are just on trays in the bedrooms.
I think the greenhouse will be too cold at night this year - mine has been down to 3 or 4C in the past week.

Will bring them into the house or conservatory on Wednesday then and hoping they all ripen as have a lovely crop
