My father inlaw gave us some runner bean plant's,A couple are growing and have a few flower's on. but most are still really short . Will the other's catch up or is it to late for them to do anything?

Bung them in, theres still time and nothing to lose anyway

They are in, I'm just hoping for the best now . We've just moved here and threw them in quick just to get us going abit. How often should i feed them?

Dont feed them , they fix nitrogen from the air themselves.  Just make sure they are well watered.

I think they'll be fine

I've just started a late crop of peas, there's still at least two months left before it starts getting frosty again so plenty of growing time.  You should be fine.
