Just wondered about peoples thoughts on Jiffy 7s? Would like to buy some but not sure which size: thought 38mm for vegetable seeds.

I'd save your money they can be very difficult to use successfully. 

Seed tray inserts are much better !

and easier, and if you treat them gently they are reuseable
Really cheap to buy in places like Wilkinsons too.
