Spring greens ??
« on: March 18, 2008, 14:52 »
Hi late in the season last year I grew some spring greens.
They grew until the winter shut them down and they have looked very sorry for themselves.
They started to be attacked by the new slugs of the season (Small black) and I have managed to trap quite a few with my Slug Pub's(I am a  Home Brewer also and have quite a fews slops)
However there were quite a lot of lower leaves that had been attacked and turned yellow and others that have just been ate.
I have cleaned up all around removed all these leaves and sown some Grow more pellets.
Never been at this stage before will the plants survive enough to give me a crop in spring?
