What cockerel to cross with hybrid layers for meat?

I have white and brown nicks and some corals as layers, but I would like to get in a fella so I can use the offspring for meat. Which breeds have other people used with hybrid layers and had good results.

Or is this a bad way to go and should I just invest in some hatching Ixworth eggs or similar?
