Well I've sort of solved the problem. I put duck eggs out with hens eggs as usual with notes in the hen egg boxes offering a box of duck eggs with my compliments just to try. If they like them next time put the usual £1 in the honest pot. The duck eggs seem to be selling very well now, so hopefully people are deciding they do like them after all. As I only have three ducks it's not a huge problem but my girls have laid nearly every day all through the winter and so they tended to stack up a bit. Just had two dry fried duck eggs on toast for lunch. Yum...
