NEver had probles with squirrels until this week. All my sweetcorn has been eaten and thrown about the plot by them.

More likely a badger, and you can't shoot them. Were the stalks pushed over? That's their usual MO.

We have squirells running through the garden to get to the walnut tree next door but one. We find buried walnuts all over the lawn.

I agree that the little dude in our lotty and garden is quite comical, especially when he chases the Collared Doves etc. But he is causing me some loss of plants and veg. Any sensible suggestions or do i really need to purchase a pellet rifle? lol

and google grey squirells and see wot disease carrying, vandalising scum they are
