A belated good morning, a long story but I am absolutely fed up with talk talk I think my router is faulty they do not have an engineer available until September >:( >:(

Sorry to hear about your problems with TalkTalk. I've recently changed to this isp and couldn't be happier with them. Dead on time, did exactly what they said they would do and speeds 10x faster than previous company!

Such a massive improvement.

"Good morning" by the way.  ;)
A fiend of mine told me to check on the phone filters I did and found one faulty. problem solved.
Just a pity Talk Talk could not have advised this when I rang them, but then as the call centre is in India and I could not understand half of what they were saying what do I expect? ::)

BT's call centre is also in India and I have had mixed results using them, the main problem is they can only use the script and not their brains, if your asking for something outside the script of have informed them you have already tried the script they can't compute or adapt.

Morning all. On the kitten run this morning as OH went out last night (he's sooo possessive) but he couldn't resist and came down before the little mite had even managed a wee. So we'll both be grumpy from too little sleep which is a shame as last night was the coolest for months.

she's gone  :D
Came back late last night a day early from the huge 'Greenbelt festival' (think Christian Glastonbury!), was sooo cold camping and didn't fancy packing up tent in the rain today (really pleased we did).  Those farm tracks are going to be so muddy to drive out- there were thousands of cars!

Unfortunately, teenager had a driving trip for me early this morning 'as I was back..... '

Tell me about it I once had to transfer a phone from one room in a nursing home to another room.
I gave her the room No and she kept saying there is not a building  with that No  on that road that corresponds  with the address. I kept saying no it is a room inside the building I got no where.

she's gone  :D

Was out in the drizzle, decided to see if I could find any elderberries along the river for some jam. I have possibly enough for 2-3 small jars. Piero woke up when I came back in. Is now demanding coffee and I am sidling out the door again to play at the plot till the rain gets really bad.  :D

any body who dosn't like getting up on cold wet days should keep goats. Will they get up and go out? Not pygmalion likely!! Lady Grantham just gives me that disdainful look and turns her back. oh well, more tea I think. ;)
