Know what you mean. I've got 12 yellow courgette and patty pan plants

however i am enjoying finding new recipes to use them up - courgette brownies are a real favourite.

Apples ...

2nd batch of the less than perfect in the dehydrator now (and my dehydrator is a beast of a thing that holds loads). Also a large amount of the grade 2 cookers simmered and straining now so I have juice for herb jellies. Unblemished cookers and eaters stashed in the fridge and I've not harvested all the trees yet

On the upside, there are baked apples and cream for pud
