Doesnt sound that cheap, at a guess 1m3 is only equivalent to about 16 x 60 ltr bags. Maybe you could get a better deal from a local d.i.y. store or garden centre.

As a guide i just had 20 tons delivered for £200 (15m3 at a guess), they apparently do 5tons for £110. Try the yellow pages that where i found mine. Much better than any online price

I just found a couple of places selling it for much less than the first one.

and comvert are selling a dumpy bag at £70 each which contains about 750 ltrs.

I'm trying to work out how many litres are in a ton and why the prices of the two above seem so different. Can anyone help?

Ahh I just re-read it 
I'm looking for organic compost, the kind that you can grow veg in. It looks like Comvert are the best option. Thanks for pointing out the soil conditioner!
