My spinach has started to bolt.  I guess it may have needed more water.  Has anyone any suggestions as I was wondering if I could cut it back and give it a good drink etc., would it come back?

I've had this happen and just cut the flower down fairly low and left the plant to regrow.  Try it, it can't hurt.

Think I will do, the plants look really healthy so am sure they will be ok.  Thank you :happy:
