bluebelles the brahma has been laying for few days now.

this morning i thought it odd that only 2 eggs in the nest boxes.

bluebelle had gone around collecting them up for herself. and made a nice little nest. she really shouted at me when i took them off her. :D

you had better hurry and get some more eggs under her!!!!!!!!!!! Brahmas make beautiful mother. My Blossom hatched out the ducklings last year and was such a brilliant mum....never letting them go near water!!! But the best was when she was breaking up all the food and gave them all a bit individually!!!!!  Aw bless her! :)
