Minced beef done in the slow cooker turned into a mince stew with mash, dumplings for himself & psb for me

Finished off the chicken shredded into pasta with some mushies and corn, used a can of mushroom soup for the sauce rather than make anything - passable with a little cheese in it.

Yesterday I made a chicken stew, in the slow-cooker, with a lot of dried pulses as well as fresh veg.
It was spoon-standing thick by the evening. More of the same today, think I could cut it with a knife  :lol: :lol:
