Apple trees

How do I get a good crop of apples, without maggots, from my 4- 6 year old trees.
Brambley, Elison orange, Cox. Alison.  I have tried codling moth traps, tree bands, but still end up with a dozen edible apples from each tree.

grease bands .use linen and car grease ..dunk it well and tust tie it round with  " cable ties " check at the end of the season to make sure the tie isnt cutting into the bark if so change it .  spray for maggots ,, see your garden supplier .
