Changing tack

(I prefer not to freeze the soup itself, as it takes up more space than just the ingredients)

I just add less fluid to soups I freeze to save freezer space & dilute when thawed

I find the winter cauliflowers which are sown in May/June for harvesting the following spring are much easier to grow than the summer ones.  Galleon is one I regularly use.
