Thanks so much for all the kind replies, but I don't actually know how to reply to each one.  If anyone has time to explain?? I just also wanted to clarify when I say that the tree is 3/4 way round I meant towards the position where the sun sets.  I was also thinking it would be nice to sit in the evening if there was some some in the other one.  any sun being the operative words as pointed out by some members.  right enough!
I am not the most practical of persons! Anyway thanks again to everyone I do feel better about it.
