JAM PUMPKINS
« on: October 04, 2010, 10:23 »
I've had a disaster! The marmellata pumpkin I grew to make some authentic Italian marmellta has exploded on me!!!!  It's really soft so I assume it's no good

What I want to know is, what other pumpkin or squash could I use to make my jam. I've got loads of  Crown Prince and some of those small lantern making jobs

I'm desolate about it as I'd assembled all my jars, and even Grappa  :(

Anyone?
