Never, never, never accept brassica seedlings from ANYONE no matter how well intentioned.  It may just bring club root onto your plot.

But as you have it, you can still grow brassicas but transplant seedlings into larger and larger pots untill they have a good root system able to withstand the club root virus.

Blight,   remove all affected leaves but if they get too many, cut down the foliage and wait two or three weeks before seeing if there are any decent spuds below.

Don't give up.    Cheers,     Tony.
I may be growing OLD, but I refuse to grow UP !

Lime the bed where you want to grow your brassicas, this help's with clubroot.

You can scatter lime round the other brussel sprout plants and water in and this will help to raise the soil pH and slow down the risk of the remaining plants developing club root.

When liming beds, you'll need to plan your crop rotation carefully - not all plants do well afterwards as some prefer soil a little on the neutral/acidic side.  And avoid growing potatoes after growing brassicas in limed beds as some varieties readily develop scabby skins ... fortunately it doesn't affect the potato flavour/cooking but can look awful.
