Any ideas on preparing and eating would be gratefully received and shall be tried.(within reason) :)

I've never cooked seaweed myself. I've had Nori with Sushi in a japanese restaurant, and i use irish moss in my brewing, but the closest i've come to preparing my own seaweed is steaming samphire.
