Amazon seem to be having a few cheap deals on chicken coops at the moment if anyones interested, looking to get one myself if I can free up some cash  8)

cheep (!) coops can be a waste of money in my experience - especially in the weather we're having right now. I'd be careful if I were you.

too many people buy these when starting off and live to regret it (me included) they don't last for long, the runs aren't big enough, they often leak and the thin timbers warp. They usually come with pretty little windows but these are not needed - in fact quite the opposite they need blocking off.

thanks for lettuig us know, Im sure lots will go check it out! Im looking for a cheap coop to use for broody and chicks to keep in our outbuilding so I'm on it!  :tongue2:

yes for a broody coop they would be just fine as they are not used all year round (although for this purpose I would choose one without a ramp and without roofing felt)  :)
