i have super marmande and gardners delight planted on the plot and the plants are about 18" high and looking healthy, there are some small flowers on the gardners delight, and some marigold type looking flowers on the super marmande.  is there anything that i can do do encourge a good harvest now while the plants are still young? i think its feeding after the first truss has set ( what does that mean, anyway?)

When the lowest little branch with the flowers on (called a  truss) has turned into a branch with tiny little green tomatoes on, then thats the first truss has set :)

Also tap the canes as you pass by to help distribute the pollen and help with fruit set
