Has anyone tried the upside down tomato planters, I got a couple from our local pound shop, at £2.50 each??? and have planted a couple of left-over plants in them. Just wondered how everyone else has got on with them and what I can expect???

Erm im affraid its onl bad news from me, from the stories ive heard from my dads mate who tried them and from members on another forum, the toms seem to grow up the sides of the planted in order to find better light, which in some cases causes the main stems to break, sorryfor the bad news. But dont let me put you off, why dont you give it go and let us know how you get on!

Also that just my opinion, maybe someone else will have a more positive view on them?
