Looks lovely  :D
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...

Turned a corner in a lane on a Greek Island and there it was, a pomegranate tree/shrub.  Never seen one before.    Cheers,    Tony.

In full flower that are fabulous, we have another 2 or 3 flowers forming.

I've had a pomegranate tree which I grew from seed ten years ago and it has never produced a flower :( I suppose we just don't have the climate, even down here in the 'banana belt', or could there be other factors involved?

I would imagine the seed was from a shop bought fruit so would be from a Mediterranean variety.

There are cultivars that will grow and fruit in our climate

Thanks for the link Aunt Sally. The tree certainly needs hotter conditions than those in the U.K.

What is surprising though is its hardiness. It has survived every winter outside for the last ten years.
