will any cabbage /cauliflower overwinter or just certain types,and when should they be planted out   ty

It's certain types.

In the main it's "Spring" cabbage - I plant "April", there are many others, and for cauliflower, types like "Galleon", "North Foreland" and "Winter Pilgrim".

I'll be sowing the caulis later this month and the cabbage next. I do them in single seeded modules, transplant to 3" pots and plant out when they are about 6" high.
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?

I'm sowing my winter cabbage Tundra and Savoy soon. Red cabbage is only about 2" high so it could also be sown now?
