Rusty garlic

Any cure or send the lot off to the incinerator ?

Mine get rust every year, doesn't seem to affect the resulting bulbs

My garlic also suffers from rust, I do try to remove the outer leaves initially but in the end, I give up and the garlic never seems to suffer adversely from the rust.
