It is managing the British weather that can be a pain, being ripped of with pitch prices from so called fayre organisers, and working out the footfall

Quite agree, Mrs B - I did a farmer's market last week and my gazebo nearly took off because of the wind, despite being heavily weighted on all four legs!!   :ohmy:

As for the Manchester Egg, I love black pudding and quite often make scotch eggs (although I bake rather than fry them), so I shall give this a go.  However, like Chrissie B, I think I'll use an ordinary hard boiled egg rather than the pickled variety.  ;)

to be honest ive never had a pickled egg in my life i just dont like the idea of egg and vinager, i have egg issues  :wacko: :lol:.
hubby thought they were great i only did the 2 for a trile run , thought they would be nice for his bate .
