Hi I was just wondering if anyone can tell me what this is on the leaf of one of my tomato plants. Besides this the plant looks healthy.

It looks like scorch to me. A few drops of water on the leaf which magnify the sun and scorch the leaf.

Just nip it off ;)

That could be leaf scald - where the sun has shone through water on the leaf. Nothing to lose sleep over!
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?

Makes sense, with the sun last week, and the window is in direct sunshine a good part of the day.  So glad its not dying then, Is this common, does it happen to your plants too?

Never!

OK - sometimes. It's just a matter of being careful when watering.

"Just" - he says.

This is leaf miner damage, it's quite different to sun scald. :)

Cheese makes everything better.

Do you take the whole leaf off or just the scorched bit?

Did anyone mention taking it off?

It's not diseased, so I'd leave it to die a natural.
