Newspaper pots for beans

Evening all i read a few weeks ago about the paper pots being used for beans now i cant find it can any1 point me in the right direction please and can't remember was it for runner beans only or peas xx

You can use paper pots for anything make them as deep as you want  ;)

I use them for both beans and sweet corn - a bit bigger than toilet-roll tubes and square (ish!) so they pack together more closely in a plastic container which holds them upright.

Works well and is quite therapeutic (at least, that's what I always tell myself before sitting down to start making them!)  :lol:

They give parsnips a good start in the unheated greenhouse too.

I hope you're talking about broad beans. It's too early for runners or French beans if you intend growing them outside.
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?
