Vent but not a draft

What's the best way to vent my shed coop. We have a pop door thats open all day

Some those round eaves vents right at the top of the coop above hen head height I would have thought one either end would create some air flow.

just make sure they have good ventilation above head hight. we all know heat rises.
Hens cope better with cooler conditions than warmer so good ventilation is very important.

Ventilation is more important at night when they are shut in

I have a hinged 2" board running the length of the top of the coop with several 1" holes drilled in it for winter ventilation.
In hot weather it can be opened  giving a full length 2" slot.

We have anout 4 1 inch holes drilled each end of the coop as high as possible, higher than the hen's heads.

It solved our condensation problem - we thought we had enough ventilation before but we didn't!!
The glass is neither half empty or half full - it is simply the incorrect size! Find a new glass!
