I Found cleaning out this style of coop a real pain. I have carried out some alterations, removed the door and side panel and fitted a full size panel. The removable bottom tray now lifts out instead of sliding and spilling hemcore everywhere. I have also added an extension between the roost area and nest boxes. The perch has been altered to fit the new layout. Never attached photo's before so here goes.

Thanks for the pictures Geo.  I have the same coop and run so it is nice to see how you have adapted yours.  Great job.  

Your fencing also looks good, did you make it yourself or is it premade panels?  Does it have a roof?

Hi Anhbuc   I made the run myself and it has a weldmesh roof with a perspex roof added later. What a difference the new front panel has made when cleaning the coop no more awkward corners. The extension will allow me to add another 2 chooks in the summer when I come back from holiday
