I think 30mins in the bread machine helps as well!

I am seriously impressed DD!   :tongue2: Deffo going to give those a go mum. Hopefully they'll be more successful than todays effort with the breadmaker. Cinnamon fruit loaf...er...well, it would have been if the little 'hatch' had popped open to release the fruit and cinamon (that'll teach me to feel smug)!

....but all this talk of sugar free cake and then pics of buns got to me, I'm not on a diet as such, just on a whole new healthy eating thing .... the word diet just makes me want to rebel and eat things I shouldnt!

I've got fab smelling beef and veggies in the slow cooker and it all got too much for me  :(
