Hi all can anyone help  iv got a new incubater and i am having a poblem keeping the humidity high enough, its only ever around 40% even afte filling all available space with water, has anyone got any tips

Have no experience of incubators but would think that you would need a decent temperature to increase the humidity.  What temperature is the incubator reading?  Have also read that it is best to have an internal thermometer as the incubator ones can be out by quite a bit.  Hopefully someone with experience will advise you shortly.

the egg temp is 99.8 and the humidity is 41% I have now added a sponge in a sepeate dish hopefully it aise it

temp needs to be higher if it is a still air rather than a fan forced incubator.  Good luck.
