Thanks Yorkie, you are right, it probably did get too humid in there for them.  Was just afraid they wouldn't make it outside. They are outside now so fingers crossed (nematodes in the fridge for my upcoming pot inspection.

If you're forecast a frost in the next couple of weeks, might be good to bring them back into the greenhouse just overnight.

They are hardy, but having been cosseted indoors then it will be wise to harden them off gradually just to be sure.
