bird/egg auctions
« on: September 29, 2007, 20:00 »
Hi all,
Does anyone know of any bird or fertile egg auctions in the south wales area
(I have already sampled the House of Trees but it is only once a month)
Alternatively does anyone here live in the south wales area and have fertile eggs for sale
(of any breed as I am just starting incubating and keen to experiment_
thanks
sam

Can I just point out the Advertising/selling on the forum policy before anyone posts a reply to Sam's request.

Thanks
Rich

Yes or you could try ebay, I've heard some good reports about 1 or 2 of them, check their feedback carefully.

I bought 6 Gold Laced Orpington eggs and got 4 fine healthy chicks, I got 6 Buff eggs off another seller and got nothing so its not all sellers that are bad :?

We cannot tarr all Ebayers with the same brush, I am an ebayer (not eggs) and give the service I would hope to  recieve.

Me to, a lot of people seem to forget the 24hrs+ of standing, after receiving that eggs need. Well so I have read, having no practical experience of incubating eggs yet watch this space
