Broody hen - 1 week to go!

I'm new on here - but looks like one of the best sites for quick and informative answers.
I have a broody hen who is sitting on 6 eggs that i put under her - from a farm with two cockerals running with the hens.  I put the eggs under her 2 weeks ago today.  She wont get off herself for food and water so i have been lifting her off twice a day. With only one week to go, i am sure i have read somewhere, that she shouldnt be disturbed anymore. So do i leave her alone now.  I have put food within reach before but she wouldnt touch it.  Its only when i got her out that she would eat.  She doesnt seem to bother with drinking at all. Shall i leave her now and put food/water within reach and hope she does eat and drink.
