Self-sufficient in rasberries and bindweed. Slug pellets can be handy.

Buy pre treated 4x4 fence posts to use as floor bearers.

They are guarenteed to last 10 years when fully exposed to the elements.

Also buy/aquire some concrete blocks and set the base onto them.
Thats how i've done mine and i moved my shed last year after being down for 8 years and it's still like new as it's protected..

I once heard a shed builder (friend of mine) say that people who set their sheds directly onto the ground are the people that keep him in business  ;)
