Just need some advice our chillis seem to have grown to full size but are just not ripening, can you pick them and ripen them indoors like tomatoes

A green chili is as hot as a red one sometimes...

Some chilies stay green when ripe...  may be they are the green type??

my peppers have been full grown for ages and are just starting to go red, i think the rubbish light levels are slowing them down a bit, I'd probably give your chillis a bit more time, you never know
