Bullying

Morning all

I've had my hens for nearly two years (i think) and never had any problems with bullying of any kind.  This morning we have had to take poor Hettie out of the run and in to a dog crate because all my other hens are bullying her.  Just before me moved her 3 of the others were jumping on her and pulling her feathers out.  I've read to isolate the bully but this is possible because they all seem to be doing it.

Does anyone have any advice on what I should? And why they would start after all this time?

Thanks
Beth

Check poor Hettie over.  Sudden bullying like that can mean that the bullied hen is sick.  All hens will pick on one they percieve as weaker :(
