Hello, we have hatched 2 chicks that are now 3 weeks old, they are in a house with the mother hen, when can we start introducing them to the other poultry, 5 chickens also 5 ducks? Are we right to keep the hen penned in with them? Also any other tips would be gratefully accepted.

Works for me too. Munty is right, I was far too protective with my first lot but sson realised that the hens are very good at protecting their chicks. Let em roam free.
