Mine are also refusing to ripen... I have one which is now orange but the others are all definitely green.

I reckon they're waiting til we go on holiday  :nowink:

Lotty holder since Aug 09... I've FINALLY finished clearing it! On with the p.lanting  ....

Yes we go away for a few weeks and no one to water them regular so guess  all my hard work of nurturing them for months it will be for nothing !!. Either we stop going on holiday or stop growing toms!!

Mine don't want to ripen either. They didn't last year either and I ended up making a few batches of green tomato chutney with them.

Update ....they are finally turning :) hoorah

but.....as I said I'm growing Rosada and whilst they look and taste good the inside stem( sorry don't know what it's called) is quiet green. Can any experts tell me what the problem could be?

I have 6 Rosada tomatoes plants in my greenhouse and whilst they are abundant with fruit so far only one has started ripening. What are the chances of me getting a decent crop or due to the lack of sun Am i going to be making lots if green chutney! :(

Here in Northampton it's becoming an excellent year for Toms; for the first time in years the blight hasn't hit yet!! An excellent state of affairs and even my half hearted attempt at Toms; a free packet of "Gardeners Delight" off the front of a magazine bought two years ago has produced a decent crop of red beauties and these are growing outside.
A friend of mine has a bumper crop of Rosada growing in a poly tunnel. They are divine!! So I hope yours hurry up and ripen for you!  :D
