Brussel sprouts

 :wacko: can anyone give advice on whether to pinch out the growing tip on sprouts to start formation sooner or just leave well enough alone :unsure:

Pinch the top out and they will all become ready together. Leave it in and the plant will carry on growing giving you a better crop. Later on in the season cut the top off and use it as a spring green

thank you both :D you read and hear so much :wacko: but from reading a lot on this forum there seems to be a lot of hands on experience, which in my belief is a lot more sound advice ;)
