Another Butternut Squash Problem
« on: August 08, 2011, 14:02 »
Hi all

I've now got lots of squash growing and I thought they were doing really well but I've found that as the flowers start to die off so does the actual squash.  They are turning black and rotten.

Does anyone know what the problem is?

Thanks
Beth

Oh right, thanks for that.

What should I do? Remove them from the plant or just leave them too it?

I'd pick them off just in case the rot spreads, although that's unlikely.
