I had a fairly decent crop of garlic, left them to dry out a bit with the aim to store some, anyway, went to chop some up tonight and it had gone all yellow inside and tasted horrible :blink:

Any ideas why?

Had it started to sprout already? Was it just the one clove or all the cloves in the bulb.

Ill go check, i seem to remember it was about half of them

Just checked about 3/4 of them are yellow, and the yellow cloves in the bulb had lost all the garlicy kick, they were more sweet to taste
